Our Approach

We believe in investing in our workforce, enhancing local communities, and supporting the next generation of construction talent. This includes taking a safety-first approach to all of our work, and all of the TEC Construction team are qualified and trained to the highest industry standards. One of our Directors is also the Chairman of the Plymouth and District Construction Training Group, which aims to improve the technical skills of the industry through training, in conjunction with the CITB.

We are also dedicated to nurturing construction talent through our apprenticeship programme, which provides the skills and training to help individuals progress professionally in the construction industry. Working closely with education providers and local training organisations, we are focused on helping all of our TEC Construction team members to realise their full potential.
