WG Carter was founded in 1947 by William George Carter, a skilled bricklayer who started the company with a small team of bricklayers. Over the years, the company has grown and evolved, with William George's grandsons, Paul and Roger, taking over the reins in 1995. Today, the company is run by James Robertson, supported by Paul and Roger Carter, and has become a well-respected building firm in Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds.
