Customer Service
The customer service team at Green Lighting has received high praise from several reviewers. Design Issues
However, D. G., an electrician, had a negative experience with the Eco800 fire rated downlight. They found the connector assembly to be poorly designed, making it difficult to terminate cables and criticizing the maintenance-free connection as "incredibly poor quality." They also had issues with the toothed mechanism that holds the connector closed, describing it as useless.
Store Hours
Rick Johns was disappointed to find that the store was not open on Saturdays, which resulted in a wasted journey to pick up lights. He suggested that the company should display their opening hours on their website.
