Recent Projects

Our portfolio is filled with projects that showcase our capabilities and expertise. For instance, the Maslows project involved the demolition of a six-storey cantilever staircase and the installation of new staircases using a stairmaster system. We also constructed a new duplex lift shaft and drainage scheme, and handled glazing, white facing brickwork, blockwork, structural steelwork, and timber floor infills for a two-storey building extension.

Another notable project is the EMD Walthamstow, where we demolished a four-storey superstructure using a 22-tonne high reach excavator, skillfully navigating the presence of a live substation and nearby retail units. We also carried out piling for the external extension areas, underpinning within the existing auditorium, and constructing ground beams and RC slabs.

In the St Helen's Place project, we extended and refurbished the building, demolishing the existing fifth floor and constructing new fifth and sixth floors and a rear core. We also made internal and external alterations, extended the rear of the building, and completed various tasks, including installing 21 new piles, demolition work, constructing a new basement with underpinning, and implementing temporary works such as facade retention through propping and temporary steelwork.

Our team also performed structural alterations in reinforced concrete and grade two listed masonry for the Belgravia Project, including designing and installing temporary works. We skillfully matched the facing brickwork to the existing grade two masonry and relocated a 15-tonne grade one listed marble-clad staircase within the building.

Lastly, the Uncommon project involved the demolition of an existing basement slab and the undertaking of new below ground drainage and basement slab reinstatement. Throughout the upper floors, we reconfigured the floorplates, requiring the infilling of existing openings and the formation of new risers. We were also responsible for undertaken the blockwork to the new lift front entrances as well as installing new steelwork on two lift cores and a link bridge to provide additional usable space by the end user.
