Wrong bathroom units delivered 3 times. Wrong furniture fittings. Ceramics weren't as we'd requested. Overall, poor workmanship and finishing some of which needed other trades people to repair. Left us with a leak in the loft which cost us hundreds of pounds to repair the damage.
