AM Builders (Luton) Limited is a leading provider of building and maintenance services in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and parts of London. Established in 2011 by a team of experienced professionals, we have grown from a two-man partnership to a Limited Company employing many people, both as part of the company and on a Sub Contractor basis. Our commercial client base includes nurseries, schools and colleges, local authorities and leisure centres, and we are also used constantly by local businesses.

Groundworks
We undertake all types of groundwork to suit our clients' needs. We lay tarmac and carry out white lining if the project requires. We design layouts for all types of block paving and slabbing if the client is unsure of what will work for their project and carry out the work once it is decided on. Over recent years, the more traditional grass- either turf or grass seed - has been replaced by clients requiring artificial grass. This is now included in our project portfolio alongside decking, benching and soft play areas. We are able to complete all forms of fencing - palisade, wood, chainlink and electrical.
Building Maintenance
We offer a comprehensive building maintenance service, ensuring that your property remains in excellent condition. Our maintenance services include repairing and maintaining all aspects of your property, from roofing and plumbing to electrics and decorating. Design
Our in-house Architectural and Interior Design Service works with the client from concept to completion, creating innovative and functional spaces, ensuring a smooth delivery of the project on site. We can create 3D visualisations to capture the true design potential, as well as providing drawings for statutory applications and dealing with these submissions. We cater every design package to the project's requirements, and will advise the best design solution for the project's budget.
