We have been manufacturing and installing quality UPVC windows, doors and conservatories for over 50 years. Our journey began in 1973 when Phil and Chris Brandwood built their first window in a garage on Bone Lane, Newbury. Today, as a familyrun business, Jacqui and Ian Whiddett lead a dedicated team of over 20 individuals, many of whom have served the company for four decades. This longstanding expertise gives us specialised skills in precision fabrication and reliable installation. We solve our clients problems by delivering products that combine low maintenance, high security and excellent energy efficiency. Our manufacturing process uses the marketleading Eurocell window system, ensuring profiles that are amongst the most energy efficient in the country.

DO NOT use Brand Windows. Appalling service, shit fitters and utterly useless customer service. We had two windows and a front door fitted. We asked specifically for certain fitters as wed heard bad reviews about some of the ones they use. We waited and waited for a certain fitter to then find out they ended up just sending us any one (not who wed asked and waited for). While they were fitting the windows my husband noticed they didnt have air vents in (legal requirement) they took out both the windows and dashed off to swap them, luckily we noticed and pointed this out!
Once they left we checked the front door. Large mark in the paint which theyd tried to paint over with the WRONG colour. Didnt mention it to us. And chips all in the plastic surround of the windows which was caused by I presume a chisel. After a few emails we had a chap eventually come out to repair the door. He did a good job but not something we should have had to arrange or waited in for. The man who came to repair the windows just made them worse, having arguments with his ex wife on the phone about how he needed to rush to pick the daughter up from a club during repair.
After more emails and eventually the manager came round. Yes the windows had the plastic replaced however this was after 2 months of back and fourth emails to get the service they originally offered. They offered us only pointless 50 discount! So if you dont mind scuffed up windows and front doors with different colour paint marks then brand windows is probably your place. If not then Id avoid this company like the plague!
