London Handyman Pro has been accused of providing subpar service by a customer who had a terrifying experience with one of their handymen. The customer, Jen L., received a quote for 250 to replace a leaky tap in their bathroom, which included materials and installation. However, the handyman arrived three hours late and completed the job in just 30 minutes. When the same leak reappeared a few days later, the customer contacted the manager, who arranged for the same handyman to return to fix the issue. The handyman demanded a 50 travel charge and 20 additional for materials. While he eventually fixed the leak, his threatening and intimidating behavior left the customer feeling unsafe, particularly since she was eight months pregnant at the time.
