- Site Survey: We undertake detailed site surveys using CAD software to produce drawings of your property.
- Submission: We prepare and submit all necessary documentation for obtaining planning permission or other relevant permits.
- Structure: We take responsibility for addressing any structural engineering issues and ensuring Building Control compliance.
- Pre-Build Stage: This stage involves completing any necessary actions, such as obtaining a Licence to Alter or drafting Temporary Works Designs.
- The Quote: We provide a detailed final quotation and work plan for the project.
- Party Wall: We assist in selecting an independent surveyor and providing necessary information for the surveyor.
