Meet the Management Team
Roy Bainbridge, Contracts Director, has followed a similar career path to David Cowie, another Contracts Director. With a wealth of experience in civil engineering and groundworks projects throughout the North East, Roy's passion and drive have ensured the successful delivery of many projects regionally and nationally.
David Cowie, also a Contracts Director, has a long-standing career in the industry. His extensive experience in civil engineering and groundworks projects has enabled him to successfully deliver large-scale projects in the North East.
John Osborne, Operations Director, has 30 years of main contractor experience, having worked with Laing O'Rourke and Bowmer and Kirkland. With a background in carpentry and project management, John has delivered numerous senior roles and has a wealth of knowledge in project delivery and governance.

Design Concerns
