Feasibility and Survey

Is your project viable? We can conduct measured surveys and create accurate scale drawings to help you evaluate different options and develop your design in more detail.

Planning & Listed Building Applications

Do you need planning or listed building consent? We will create a bespoke design that meets your specific requirements and prepare the necessary scale drawings and reports for submission to the Local Authority. We will also assist with the appointment of other consultants to prepare specialist design elements or reports.

Building Regulations Approval

Almost all projects require building regulations approval. We can prepare drawings to meet current regulations and submit them for approval.

Project Management and Construction

We can advise on suitable construction methods, produce construction drawings and contract documents for pricing, monitor progress on site, inspect construction work, and issue architect's certificates.

Areas of Service

While our base of operations is in Alfreton, we readily serve clients in the Mid-Derbyshire and North Nottinghamshire areas, as well as consider projects further afield.

Fees

Our fees are determined on a project-by-project basis, taking into account the degree of complexity and the time required to deliver the services needed. We provide a fee quotation at the outset, based on an initial meeting to establish your requirements, and invoice in stages as we progress with the work. We believe our fees are reasonable, with no VAT added to our invoices, making us an attractive option for non-VAT-registered clients.
