Our Story

Owner Terrence O'Neill has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, starting his career in the trades and subsequently gaining extensive knowledge in dry rot treatment and prevention, re-pointing stone and brick, and restoring existing staircases and doors in listed buildings. With a diploma in Building Site Management, Terrence has also completed a chartered course in Construction Management from the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). As a Chartered Builder M.C.I.O.B., Terrence has developed a deep understanding of the construction process and has led O'Neill Construction to become a fully accredited Chartered Building Company.
