- Ian Rabbetts: Ian has been with Phillips Decorators since 1994, starting as a sales representative before moving on to become the company's Operations Director.
- Kate Knipe: Kate joined Phillips Decorators in 2008 and has since become Office Manager, overseeing the company's administrative functions, accounts, and payroll.
- Matt Ward: Matt joined Phillips Decorators in 2015 as a Contracts Manager, bringing with him over 18 years of experience in the painting and decorating industry.
