Urban Mesh is an award-winning Chartered Architectural Practice with a broad range of experience across residential and commercial sectors. Our practice was founded on working around tight and complex London sites, creating innovative and high-quality projects within time and budget constraints. In recent years, we have developed an expertise in new build residential projects.

Residential Services
We undertake a variety of residential projects, from new blocks of flats to converting and extending buildings for residential use. We work closely with our clients to tailor the design to the needs of their local market and long-term objectives. We enjoy the challenges of designing efficient layouts to maximize client requirements.
Commercial Services
We carry out a variety of commercial projects, ranging from office shells to medical consulting rooms, either new build or working with existing buildings. We have worked extensively in the Harley St area, forming either shell buildings or medical consulting suites. We also carry out office fit-outs (Cat A and Cat A plus).
Conservation Architect Services
We have a specialist RIBA Conservation Architect who leads our Listed Buildings and conservation projects. Many of our projects are Listed Buildings or within Conservation Areas. We have extensive experience in restoring and renovating historic buildings, ensuring that our designs are sympathetic to the original architecture while meeting our clients' needs.
Our Expertise
We have a broad range of expertise in designing interior fit-outs for cafes & restaurants. We work on one-off places or templates for a series of units. Our services have included refitting, remodeling, and where necessary, extending premises to better suit the needs of the client.
Specialized Services
We offer a range of specialized services, including Whole Life Carbon Assessments, Later Years Housing, and Conservation Architecture. Our team of experienced architects and designers works closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver projects that meet their goals.
