Services
Diamond Core Drilling
Specialist diamond core drilling for precise circular openings in reinforced concrete, masonry and stone structures. Our non-percussive rotary method creates clean penetrations up to 750mm diameter with minimal vibration. This technique suits critical environments like hospitals and listed buildings where dust and noise control matter. We use water-cooled diamond bits with waste water management systems to maintain site cleanliness.
Hydraulic Concrete Bursting
Hydraulic bursting system for removing large concrete sections without vibration. We drill 48-112mm holes then expand hydraulic pistons to fracture concrete masses up to 2m thick. This silent method produces no flying debris, making it ideal for sensitive locations. Common applications include foundation removal and pile cap demolition where traditional breakers would cause structural damage.
Structural Steelwork
Complete structural steel solutions from design to installation. We fabricate and erect box frames, mezzanine floors and support structures according to client drawings. Our service includes temporary propping and needle installation to maintain structural integrity during modifications. Typical projects involve creating structural openings in load-bearing walls while ensuring building stability throughout the process.
Concrete Repair
Comprehensive concrete restoration using cementitious and resin mortars. We repair spalled, cracked or corroded elements while maintaining structural integrity. Our methods include stainless steel reinforcement, joint stabilisation and corrosion protection treatments. We match repair materials to original substrates for seamless integration, commonly restoring bridge elements, building facades and underground structures to their original specifications.
Robotic Demolition
Precision robotic demolition for selective concrete removal. Our remote-operated machines perform controlled dismantling up to 675mm depth in brickwork or reinforced concrete. This method preserves surrounding structures while enabling access to confined spaces. We combine wall sawing with robotic breakers for complex projects requiring phased demolition sequences in operational buildings and industrial facilities.
