In residential projects, we design homes that respond to their site position, orientation, and location, taking into account energy efficiency and the existing vernacular. We specialise in the restoration, conservation, and conversion of historic buildings, including Grade I, II, and II* listed buildings. Our team has qualifications in energy efficiency and has received awards for outstanding design in conservation.
In commercial projects, we have experience working on developments across Sussex and the South of England, designing buildings that are not only sustainable and flexible but also meet the developer's financial requirements. We collaborate with consultants to ensure compliance with building, fire, and safety codes.
We also undertake masterplanning, taking a landscape-led approach to strategic planning, carefully considering the characteristics of the site, its opportunities, and constraints.
