Dylan from the tech team, swiftly took over my computer and re-installed the CCTV software and got them working again within minutes, he also showed us how to get them on our new phones too, I spent hours trying and once Dylan had explained it literally took seconds, its just knowing what buttons to select. We had the cameras fitted years ago but they still offer free tech advice which is a fantastic service as others would charge you after a certain period had passed, well done Prime Security for looking after you old customers and not just your new customers, very pleased with the service, thank you

Recently used Prime Security for installation of a 3 way intercom for an apartment building. Very professional and friendly guys, pricing was better than expected. The video intercom itself is really modern, easy to use and instructions were clear from the team upon installation - Love the fact it can call our mobile phones so we can accept deliveries whilst out and about. All round great customer service, great product and would highly recommend!

Prime Security sold us our CCTV system a little over a year ago and were reliable and professional throughout. As part of the original installation, I recall they revisited a couple of times to resolve some minor issues (wrong box, needed to change one camera). Recently, I hit an issue which was quickly diagnosed as due to the power supply. An engineer came out and fixed the problem within an hour and made sure I was happy and up and running before he left. Through all these interactions, I get the feeling customer satisfaction is genuinely important to them. That's why they'll stay as my go-to firm for home security.

I recently helped my 85+ year old father to find a security CCTV camera installation company. Although I was concerned that my father would not be able to set up the mobile app or understand how to view the cameras, the Prime Security team and their engineer was helpful and patient and explained everything during the installation process and mobile app set up.
Almost two months later now and all cameras are working perfectly with no issues. Hope this review will help those who are looking for a reliable company especially if they are also helping out an older family member.

Really impressed by Prime Security. I asked several companies for quotes to install our home CCTV system, and they were very quick to come back by phone and email and set up a date for a reasonable cost. Their installer arrived promptly and worked flat out to complete the job in 5-6 hours. Very professional work - no trailing leads and very clean. Their after-sales follow-up was reassuring too. I would highly recommend them!

From the first phone call that I made dealing with Jack, to George and Billy installing my system, everything was professional, friendly and reassuring. The lads were friendly and very clean and tidy in their work, shoes off in the house and vacuuming up after setting up the hard drive. First class service, top end spec and a good price, excellent.

Christmas Eve, and everybody has been waiting for Mary's waters to break before filling the shops. It was chaotic out there.! My home system packed up. It was all switched on - but the cameras had switched themselves off. I tried to restart it myself, but it needed the help from a knowledgeable serviceman. I wasn't very optimistic in getting hold of an engineer, but I tried. Max came on-line and within fifteen minutes everything was back to where it should be.
I would like to commend him for his patience (I am partly deaf, and the equipment is in a tight part of the attic). Remotely, he switched everything on, made sure that I was happy with everything, and finished off wishing me a Merry Christmas. Thanks, Max. You were a star.

I lost connectivity from my cameras and got in touch with Prime. The initial contact said I would get a phone call back within 4 hours. I don't know the name of the young man who installed my camera but he was the perfect gentleman, polite, friendly and helpful, had a few technical problems but he made sure it was up and running and that I was happy before he left.
