Amazing service! Communication was absolutely superb, they were always calling me to clarify if we wanted to extend or not. Easy ordering, quick and reliable delivery for quite a big tower- 8.7m double 8-rung. A quality bit of kit, nice engineering. It would help if delivery charges were more visible, but they are what you would expect. Don't mess about with cheap wobbly scary thin steel stuff (I did!), just buy this kit.
