Excellent work and a great experience with this company. They were very busy when I contacted them, but they responded straight away and gave a realistic timeframe for the work. Really prompt communications and friendly staff. Our replacement sash fits perfectly. Ryan did a great job fitting our window, efficient with attention to detail that we appreciate.

Some of our windows were rotten through and we assumed we would need replacement. Rob was honest and advised us to go with repair, saving us a considerable amount. The repairs have been done to an excellent standard and the windows look brand new. Would use again and highly recommend.

Ryan came to fix our broken sash window, he was excellent. He was efficient, polite and did a great job on the broken window, and also managed to open another window that had become wedged shut over winter! We will definitely use Traditional Carpentry again.

Traditional Carpentry Ltd proved to be a great choice of company to replace our UPVC windows with timber sash windows. From initial consultation and planning, through to project sign off, the communication with Robert and Ryan was excellent (both via email and by phone) and they made sure we were kept informed about the relevant timescales and project plan. We are very pleased with our new windows.
Not only do they look great, but they make a massive difference to the amount of light entering the rooms, particularly with the reinstatement of the swept heads. Traditional Carpentry Ltd were also very competitive in terms of price. The installation itself went very smoothly and it was a pleasure to have such a professional and hard working team in the house. At the end of each day, Robert did a walk through with me to explain progress and next steps, which was very reassuring. We would have no hesitation in using Traditional Carpentry Ltd again.
