They were wonderful. I was looking for some tiles they had in stock that weren’t available in another country (not being produced anymore). We explored whether they could ship them abroad for me and they went to great lengths dealing with their logistics partner. In the end, they even dug up a box of the tiles in question and another one of the newer one that’s replaced it and took a pic for me of the two next to each other. They had no issue with me going for the new one that I could get in Italy - they just said they were happy we found the solution together that was easiest, quickest, cheapest. All of this via WhatsApp, and in such a pleasant and helpful tone.

I wish I had ordered my tiles from Hyperion tiles! I ordered from another company, and unfortunately many tiles were broken, which we only found out when our tiler started to use them several weeks later. I contacted the company who were completely unhelpful and said that the tiles had now been discontinued and nothing they could do. I searched online and after having no success with a couple of others, messaged Hyperion Tiles. I explained the situation and they were so helpful and eventually managed to source the tile for me. Their customer service went above and beyond- I am very grateful. Use them- you will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience in store. Huge selection of tiles to view in person. The customer service was fantastic, really helpful team and we felt comfortable taking our time going through each floor. They even went and got me a specific tea I asked for from the local Starbucks! Thanks again! I would highly recommend. The quality is high end and service top notch.

An excellent customer experience. It was great to discuss my tile needs with the experts there who offered brilliant advice before I made my final decision. I chose monochrome designer tiles in a chequerboard pattern and a black edging tile, all of which arrived extremely quickly – the tiles are brilliant quality and they have totally transformed my living room. I used an experienced tiler to install these for a professional finish.

I don’t usually write reviews, but thought I’d jot a note here by way of gratitude for Hyperions ‘beyond expectation’ service. Had needed additional tiles that became discontinued. Over the following weeks, they persuaded their supplier to collect up remaining samples at various tiles shops around the country and amassed the 19 required to finish a job I’d miscalculated on. How cool is that?

Hyperion Tiles in Ascot is our go-to for all our flooring needs & I recommend them whole heartedly. We first purchased some tiles from Hyperion several years ago for our bathrooms & they look as good today as they did then. Earlier this year we decided to tile our porch & replace the carpet in both our lounge & family room with some hardwood flooring. Our first thought was to visit Hyperion Tiles for advice. We were greeted by Brandon who was first class throughout. He was helpful in recommending suitable products for the job, kindly offered a discount for multiple orders, & was great in both arranging deliveries & sorting out any minor niggles. Both professional & personable, I would have no hesitation in recommending Brandon & the business overall. Our downstairs is now totally transformed - thank you to Brandon & Hyperion Tiles generally. If you are local to the area, be sure to consider them for not just tiles but hardwood options as well.

I originally posted a review about my tile order not arriving yesterday, as an update today I am now amending my original review to reflect my experience and outcome today...
After the tiles didn't arrive yesterday and emailing Brandon about my frustrations I called this morning asking if there had been an update, Brandon explained he had already contacted the courier and was waiting for reply, he then kept me updated throughout the day (as he was aware the tiles were required for the weekend) and he spent a lot of time trying to get answers from the courier whom were being rather elusive!
Brandon got a delivery window for the tiles and called me to let know when and called again during the delivery window to check if the order had arrived (which it had).
Brandon's help today was great to ensure the tiles arrived :) and I am super appreciative of that, especially when it was out of his control and reliant on the courier.

I am not the most decisive of people, but I was ably guided through my choices of tiles and flooring by Brandon. Hyperion is well stocked and has a large variety of goods to suit all tastes and budgets. I never felt pressured but the service was unfailingly friendly and efficient. I am totally delighted with my new shower room. Sending for samples was easy with goods arriving promptly. I was even offered the option of collecting samples on a Sunday! Brandon said he would open the shop if I needed them pronto. I have no hesitation in recommending Hyperion tiles and find their prices very competitive.

Fantastic shopping experience at Hyperion tiles. Phenomenal choice and they were happy to answer questions and give me recommendations. I choose from a new Italian collection which was dramatic and stylish. I choose a very dark blue geode design and was so blown away with the finished look and quality pow in the bathroom. The team offered us some very constructive advice and their “free borrow a tile service” was particularly useful. Our order arrived exactly when we requested with the team demonstrating great flexibility as we imposed various modifications on our needs. Overall, a very professional and agreeable experience.

Just wanted to highlight the excellent service received by the guys at Hyperion Tiles. We needed to have a single tile cut at very short notice and despite trying several other suppliers, it was only Hyperion who managed to accommodate us. Huge selection from wood flooring to natural stone and a great selection of tiles too. Very informative staff and able to give a complete price for materials, delivery and installation. Materials ordered on Thurs, delivered the following Tuesday and the installation started Wednesday. Brilliant service and installation completed to an excellent standard, cannot recommend highly enough, thank you Richard. Will work with them again for sure.
