Absolutely fantastic company. I cannot thank leak detection 24/7 enough. We had 4 leaks which we needed to find the cause of - all causes of the leaks were identified promptly with very little access points needed and any access points that needed to be made in the walls were extremely neat and tidy. I replaced a new boiler but it still keeps losing pressure. Engineer told me there is some leak in the system and recommend a few companies. Leak Detection 24/7 provided me with a quick responce when I became aware of the unmistakable sound of a leaking underground water main on my property. Moe attended the property to investigate, providing a clear report to me on the situation and the options for remedy. In order to avoid the destruction of mature hedging and disruption to a shared driveway necessary to locate and effect repairs to the existing and aging services, I decided to have a new water main run in. The company provided me with a clear estimate and time frame for the work. They sent in a great team to mole in the new main for me. They were very obliging, neat and tidy in setting about their work, and efficient. I have a new, sound and silent water main. I would recommend the companies services.

Losing boiler pressure at 0.7 per day in late Autumn was a problem that needed addressing. The naked eye could not solve it and when Mo (of Leak detection) applied his process infusing into the heating system an hydrogen/nitrogen gas to detect the problem the answer was an emphatic victory. Helpful and Efficient

We had a leak very close to the floor in our kitchen in a very awkward place with water trapped beneath the lino and seeping out under the carpet into the hall. Mo, your engineer, made a thorough check of the water system in the house and discovered two other minor leaks that would eventually have to be addressed. He repaired the major leak in the kitchen and we were impressed by his efficiency together with his friendly and courteous manner. He explained the problems in simple terms that we could understand and advised us of any improvements that could be made. We were pleased to have a major problem solved before any further damage could be done.

I have been experiencing a persistent leak in the bathroom. Despite contacting 3 or 4 plumbers, none were able to identify and fix the sources of the leak, yet they still charged me for the service calls. Leak Detection 247 identified the problem, and shortly after, they repaired the leaking pipe. Now, I no longer have any leaks!

Mo explained well before getting the business, then was on time to do the repair. He managed to locate and find the leak which the other engineer we had from the insurance did not. Over all I recommend Mr Mo. I am waiting for the report now.

Mo was fantastic- super friendly guy first of all but also solved a mystery that we have struggled with for 4 months. We noticed our boiler kept losing pressure very slowly every two weeks or so after having our bathroom redone and a new radiator put in. Plumber that did the work and British Gas couldnt figure out the issue. Mo used thermal and moisture readings to find a small patch down in our lounge where the same pipes connected upstairs to the bathroom. Turns out when the property was originally built over ten years ago, a nail from the skirting had gone in to a pipe and recent work we had done had caused movement starting the leak very slowly. Mystery solved- thank you Mo! Total legend!
