Amazing service, I had an issue with my electric garage door which they resolved remotely and even though I offered to pay something for their time they did not charge for the service provided. Most companies would have sent someone out to fix the issue and charge a small fortune! The previous company that looked at this fault said I would need to replace the door and quoted over 2.6k.

The ordering/delivery was challenging but this was not assisted by us having the doors fitted in 2012 and us finally getting around to having barrel casings fitted. Tony and Nick - Installers were amazing so much so that I left them to get to an appointment and left them in the house (integral garage) to fit the casings.

A really good experience from beginning to end. Martin came and measured and advised on the art of the possible and options as well as highlighting challenges such as my garage floor not being quite level. Forecast delivery and work times were accurate and Tony and Nick seem to have done an excellent fitting job. The fitting process took a bit over 5 hours including fitting a floor strip. They were polite throughout and left my garage in a tidy state. Very pleased.

The survey and installation of my new up and over garage door was not a straight forward or easy project but the surveyor and two fitters applied themselves with considerable expertise and continuous good humour to provide an end product that was very satisfactory and looks brilliant. Had my new garage door fitted back in May of this year and was very happy with the service provided. A few weeks ago I began to experience a couple of mechanical difficulties with the door closing. A quick phone call resulted in a surveyor coming down to look at the problem and then a team to complete the repair. No quibbles or drawn out discussions just good old fashion service. The repair team get a big thumbs up, working in the rain to sort the problem. Thanks to the team.
