I was in a right panic when my 90yr old dads gas supply was cut off by the emergency services.
I rang Colin and he was there in no time at all. He found the problem and isolated it for us making it safe and we were able to switch the gas back on.

I have just had a new boiler fitted by Colin my experience was as follows: He promptly gave me a very competitive price, he turned up on time and is a very hard worker not stopping all day, he is Gas Safe so suitably qualified and the quality of his work I considered to be excellent I am almost 70 so I need proper methodical explanations which Colin took the time to do. The job was left in a clean and tidy condition nice person to have in your home really pleased - thank you

We had a new boiler clock put in and during the process we had a whole slew of other issues discovered. Not least was that our boiler hadn't been serviced properly and had a leak! Our engineer was kind, friendly, and didn't charge us a penny more to fix the lot!
They refit the clock, changed a faulty PCB and fixed a leak with another new part, and no extra charge. I haven't come across any service like it from any tradesmen I've ever had, and I'm deeply appreciative. Thanks so much and will definitely be coming back in future.

I had a problem with my heating boiler and I had what I can only describe as a cowboy from a recommended site on google who charged me £200 for what I thought was a small problem I paid him but after he left the problem was still there. I called him back and then he wanted another £200 because he found something else, I said I would have to think about it ,as I'm 79 he must have thought he could make a few bob from me. I then contacted Colin at Harrison E Jones he took one look and said give me the phone number of the other fitter and rang him, within half an hour the cowboy came back and paid me my money back and apologised. Colin corrected the fault and the cost was much less, Colin has since fitted a gas cooker for me. So I highly recommend Harrison E Jones for a professional job at a reasonable price. Thanks Colin

I phoned late this afternoon with a fairly urgent request for help. As luck would have it, Colin was only a few hundred yards away driving to another job. I had fitted a new electric oven (under counter) and I slightly bent the thin copper gas supply pipe to the hob above. Worried about gas safety I was relieved that Colin was kind enough to immediately pop in and he did a thorough check for a gas leak there and then (including removing the oven to check under the hob). I can't recommend him highly enough.
