DPR replaced a polycarbonate lean to conservatory roof of mine and replaced old wooden cladding with Pvc. They were a superb team and communication was excellent from start to finish. The work has been done to a high standard as was the clean up. The team were friendly and approachable. I wouldn't think twice about asking them back for future work!

The surveyor that came out initially was highly knowledgeable, I was sent a detailed photograph supported report with a range of options depending on my budget so I could make an informed choice about the work needed. We had DPR roofing come to out to replace the lead flashing around our chimney. They gave a good assessment and quick quote, booked a start date upon acceptance and arrived on time. DPR quickly and effectively completed extensive work on my damaged, leaking roof in July 2024, removing all 3 crumbling chimney stacks and fitting new ridges. They also arranged for robust scaffolding to be put in place for the duration of their work. Their costs were fully explained, and payment was straightforward.

We received a very comprehensive survey with drone camera footage for the repointing of our chimney stack. Neil was very friendly and polite and understoood our requirements well. DPR quoted us two different options as we requested with clearly outlined benifits and drawbacks to both. They had to reschedule the work by one day but let me know first thing in the morning. The job was completed quickly and professionally. It was perhaps a little overpriced for the amount of time they were working but I understand there is an impact of overheads when carrying out smaller jobs. I would recommend.

A really refreshing experience getting a roof repair done by this company. Friendly and super efficient. Really impressed by getting: a survey booked; the survey and report itself; booking the job in; and finally the chaps doing the thorough repair itself. Sounds corny but it was a seamless and hassle free experience, and so darn refreshing in the house maintenance/building profession.

Our once shabby asbestos covered garage (which leaked) now has a really smart, coloured metal, water-tight finish to it. DPR were great from start to finish.
