We have worked with Russell and his team for a decade now, renovating a listed building, including completely re-building the roof, stripping and repointing the exterior walls, relaying floors, replacing ceiling joists, and completely renewing the interior, including kitchen and bathroom. The building now looks fabulous, inside and out, and so many elements large and small are down to the care and attention of Russell, Rob, Andrew and others on his team. They have consistently gone the extra mile, while also taking on all aspects of the project management - and at the same time being willing to work around the occupants. We started with the roof in 2015 and have never looked back. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

We were lucky to find Russ and his team at Wrightway construction for the tricky job of renewing the storm-damaged rendering on the gable end of the house right above the solar panels on the attached garage roof. We had been let down and fobbed off by other building businesses so it was refreshing when Russ arrived to discuss the job with a problem solving approach and a plan to get the work done in a timely manner. The team who worked on the project - Rob, Andrew and Cameron the apprentice - were knowledgeable, hard-working, competent, careful, considerate and cheerful. They were such nice people to have around and always willing to answer questions and explain what they were doing. Our neighbours also commented on how nice they all were and how polite.
The solar panel protection solution was brilliant and meant that we knew absolutely that the panels would be safe from damage whilst scaffolding was erected and re-rendering work carried out.
Russ and Rob kept us informed throughout of what would be happening, who would be arriving and when - so helpful and reassuring. Russ was always responsive to questions, concerns and points for discussion. I felt there was a dialogue of mutual respect and trust which was very positive.
I thoroughly recommend Russ, his company Wrightway and his team. I would always go back to them for any future building work.

Russ, Rob, Andrew and the team provide a first class service and outstanding quality workmanship. They have worked on 5 very big and a number of smaller projects over 10 years at my grade 2 listed Coach House conversion in Pembrokeshire. They are also not too proud to do a small job if required for a regular customer. They have secured planning and listed building consents and specialist work through their network of trusted associates. Their hallmark us quality even for the bits you never see so you can have total confidence in the finished work. They are considerate, flexible and leave jobs tidy and clean. I cannot recommend them highly enough whether for listed building work, renovations, extensions, kitchens, bathrooms, replacement windows and doors, flooring all of which they have done for me and decorated to a quality finish. And lovely people too.

We originally asked Wrightway to convert our garage into two rooms , and were immediately impressed by thoughtful attention to details we hadn't even thought about, and how fast the project came together.
The job was almost complete when Storm Eunice hit us and we lost the roof over part of the project, with subsequent water damage to all the new work. Our insurance company were pretty useless, but thankfully, Wrightway were able to squeeze the work into their schedule, replacing the roof and repairing all the water damage. The end result is stunning and the house has really been transformed.
We were then let down by a local firm over a bathroom installation, so we asked the ever-dependable Wrightway if they could fit that in. That project is now almost complete, and we are delighted with the results: as usual the work has been done with thought and care, and we have a room where we got to choose all the options we actually understand without having to have a detailed knowledge of building work.
There have of course been occasional delays and setbacks, inevitable given the scope of the work we've had done, but the fact that Russ makes an effort to keep you fully informed throughout makes the whole process so much easier.
