Tom from loft installation experts has been brilliant. He Assessed the roof which needed removal of open spray foam and explained exactly what needed to be done. Tom arrived on site to quote in a timely manner. Very polite & professional. We accepted his quote & decided to replace the old insulation with new Knauf mineral wool. On site Tom carefully removed & bagged the old insulation & set about replacing with new. We were well informed throughout the process & Tom was professional at all times. Tom and his team did an excellent job removing spray foam insulation and fitting new wool insulation. The quote was very fair and even though the job was more complex , Tom kept his word that costs would not go up. Communication was excellent throughout , including arranging documentation and new EPC , which is now upgraded to a B . Would absolutely recommend this company.

From start to finish the installation of insulation in two lofts was vary well executed. The company overcame an unexpected COVID case which disrupted the work force and the installation was carried out in a timely and efficient manner (by Chris on his own)leaving the site clean and tidy with the work completed to my entire satisfaction in accordance with the very reasonable estimate. Wanted to have spray foam removed from a property we were about to purchase. I contacted Tom who came out to take a look and quote the work. Great communication while we waited to exchange contracts and accommodated a change of date last minute.
Two of Tom's team were sent out to do the work and although I didn't actually meet them they completed the work a day earlier than planned during a heatwave. They left the place tidy and disposed of all spray foam and old insulation, replacing it with new.
I poked my head up into the attic and while I am no expert it looks as though everything is all good and the team left behind a certificate confirming the work carried out and that it meets all regulations.

This isn't going to be your typical review for loft installation but I just wanted to say that the people who work for this company are such amazing people! Tom and Charlie came to our hour of need to help get our cat out of a stuck tree. They are both true credits and we can't thank them enough. Tom and his team were very professional and polite, he always promptly replied to my emails & Tom has outstanding communication skills.
We were updated with photos and videos of the progress of the foam removal as the work progressed.

Tom and the guys did a really great job re-insulating our loft. Everything was quoted in advance and explained beforehand so we knew exactly what was happening. We had Tom in to quote for insulating my dad's loft and he was very down to earth and thorough, the quote arrived quickly, was very reasonable and we settled on a date around 3 weeks later.
The quality of Toms workmanship was very good, the roof space is exactly as he said it would be and everything was disposed of correctly and left clean and tidy as if no one had even been in. We even received a folder with all the details in it upon completion. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom to anyone and we were very impressed with the service we received.

Tom came to lag some plumbing in the loft and was excellent. Very easy to contact and honest about the job. He noticed the loft insulation needed sorting and offered to do this whilst he was there. Very impressed with the service provided. Will definitely use this company again and would recommend to all!

I used SurePro Insulation Ltd to removed spray foam insulation from the loft. Tom came round to survey the area and quoted accordingly explaining clearly what the work would involve. Both Tom and Charlie worked cheerfully removing the foam over a number of days, bagging up the waste and removing it at the end of each day to dispose of it ethically. The area of the house affected by the work was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. New loft insulation was then laid to the relevant standard. Tom also provided me with a complete set of photos of the loft area before and after the work was undertaken together with certification. I would highly recommend them.
