The booking and update was very helpful and the operative - Dan arrived on time he was pleasant & very professional
The actual survey and cleaning of my landing & stair carpet was excellent & efficiently carried out.
Carpeting was clean and fresh smelling. Drying was complete by following morning and looks wonderful.

Excellent service. I highly recommend Aqua Dry. Their service was excellent from start to finish. Hannah was very helpful when I was booking, explained the process clearly and advised there was no guarantee the stains would be removed completely. I have a light cream carpet and our puppy has had a couple of 'accidents'!!
When Tim arrived, he explained the process and showed me the progress as he went. I am absolutely delighted with the result, the carpet looks as good as new.

Tom from Aqua Dry did a marvellous job on 6 upholstered office chairs. They were very stained and he managed to clean them to an exceptionally high standard. They actually look new! The job was carried out very efficiently and with absolutely no mess left. I am extremely happy with the work Tom did and generally with the culture of the company which screams impeccable customer service. Delighted to give a 5 star review. Our carpets were in a mess (quite bad when we moved in despite my cleaning attempts) and then over 5 years of an elderly relative with carers coming and going had left even more damage. What a difference Dan has made now though! I can see why there are some many glowing reviews and I am happy to be another very satisfied customer.

Was super delighted with the results that Tom achieved on the 2 rugs and a hall runner. I honestly did not think they would come up as well as they did. He worked a small miracle on my good rug which was badly stained. Although Aqua-Dry is located on the far side of the city to me, and there were other companies much closer, I chose Aqua-Dry on the basis of the information on their website and follow- up phone call . The reception staff are all very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Their pricing is very competitive and while I chose to drop -in and collect my rugs the pick-up and delivery charge of 20 each way from one side of the city to the other is very reasonable. I will definitely use Aqua-Dry again and would have no hesitation in recommending this business to others.

I have used aqua dry on a couple of occasions and service has been excellent. Tony turned up on time, despite having to sit in rush hour traffic to get to me for 9am, he was very friendly, the carpets came up like new and he went above and beyond the job by managing to get an oil paint stain out of my satin curtains which wasn't part of the job! I was so happy - thanks Tony!! Will definitely be calling on you again

Tony called out to our house to clean our cream coloured carpets. A couple of months ago I spilled dark green emulsion paint on the carpet in our room. I asked him to look at it but didn't expect much. We generally just needed to get all the carpets cleaned.
I could not believe it, but he managed to get the stains out. You can not tell it was ever there. I am highly impressed with the service and will definitely use them again in future.
