Our flat roof over the extension in Alsager started leaking badly during last winter’s heavy rain – drips coming through the ceiling and a growing damp patch.
We were quoted eye-watering amounts for a full strip and replacement by a couple of bigger firms, so we were really worried about the cost.
Thankfully, we found Heritage Roofcraft Specialists through a local recommendation. They came out quickly, did a thorough inspection (including checking the drainage and insulation underneath), and explained the options clearly without any hard sell.
They said the membrane was still in decent shape overall, but there were a few failed seams, some ponding areas, and a couple of blisters that needed addressing properly.
They carried out a targeted repair: cleaned everything back, applied high-quality liquid-applied waterproofing system with reinforced fabric in the problem spots, improved the falls slightly to stop future ponding, and sealed all edges and outlets professionally. I was recommend Heritage Roofcraft Specialists from a friend who had previously used this company, I had a progressive leak in my front bedroom, I called and within the same day it was arranged to view the following day, they quoted and started work a week later, new membrane and battens and put tiles back in on the quarter front section, the leak has been resolved with no further issues. Really good service repaired flat roof and i have booked a replacement for later in the year. Did take a few days to get back to me but id imagine this is normal with busy trades.

I needed a reliable roofing specialist to complete a new roofing solution for our work unit in Knutsford, we were having bad water ingress and it was becoming hazardous for the workers, I had 4 companies to come and quote initially but Steve and Andrew stood out with the most detailed quote and fair costing overall and everything so far was very professional! this was the deciding factor, so we scheduled the work for January, dates were kept to schedule and with the roof now completed and the water ingress stopped i had the roof inspected for piece of mind, the inspection came back with a faultless roof and it looks great, they cant find a single fault.

We couldn't be more thrilled with the work Heritage Roofcraft did on our Victorian terrace. The old slate roof was a nightmare – leaking, mismatched repairs, and losing tiles every winter storm. They completely re-roofed it using reclaimed Welsh slate to match the original, added proper breathable membrane (without spoiling the heritage look), and the lead valleys/flashings are works of art. The ridge tiles are dressed so neatly it looks like it's always been this perfect.The whole team were respectful of the house, kept everything immaculately clean, and even fixed a couple of minor gutter issues we hadn't noticed.
