Fantastic service and high quality work from start to finish. Easy to discuss the repairs and to book a slot. I've never known a more punctual tradesman. He was courteous, polite, respectful of our home and his work style was clean and tidy and arrived with all tools and replacement parts for an unvented triple zone heat and water system. He was swift performing the repair. Overall a fantastic service.

Excellent service, the gentleman repaired our water heater quickly and efficiently. He was completely upfront with his pricing - including VAT in the quote! - and charged for the job completed not the hours worked. Even explained what problems could occur and how the price could change if it happened. Polite and on time. Could not have asked for more.

We had a problem with an overflow pipe and tap. We called Simon - he came the same day sourced the problem, informed us of the costs. Fixed the overflow problem their and then . Agreed a date and time to return to fix the tap. Simon keeps you informed, arrives on time does an excellent job for reasonable rates. We have not used Simon before but recommend him highly to anyone and he will certainly be our first port of call if we require a plumber in future.
