Very pleased with the work by MacColl & Stokes in our garden including new patio, restoration of some previous paving and a new lawn. The end of result is great, but what really stood out was the professionalism and hard work, flexibility to make some changes and addition to our plans, and willingness to address a couple of small issues at the end without question. Definitely recommend.

We couldnt be happier with the fantastic job MacColl & Stokes did transforming our garden and driveway. They levelled the whole area, laid beautiful Indian Sandstone paving, built raised beds, planted all around, and gave us a lush new lawn. They also installed a smart new resin driveway, added new fencing, and built a lovely small wall that really finishes the space. One of our favourite features is the brilliant new bin shelter Sean builtits practical, beautifully made, and blends in perfectly with the rest of the design. The whole teamPatrick, Callum, Callum, and Seanwere friendly, hardworking, and a pleasure to have around. A special thanks to Keith, who oversaw everything with such attention to detail. He was always easy to reach, always responded promptly, and we never had to chase anything uphe was already on it. The team worked in all weathers, even when it dropped to minus 4, and the results are stunning. Highly recommended!

Scott and his team did a first class job of transforming the garden in our new home. Working to a design by Mhairi Auld, there was a lot of landscaping, creating walls and level seating areas, and building and planting garden beds, all on a difficult sloping site. The guys were always friendly, tidy and professional. Were totally delighted with the results and have loved spending time in the garden this year as the planting matures. A worthwhile investment!

We are very pleased with the building of a garden retaining wall which is 12 metres long by 1.8 metres high. It was built to reinforce the existing old wall which was beginner to lean over. We also had new stairs built to the lower garden area renewed and a wooden fence was reinstated above the new wall. It was a labour intensive project because there was no access for machinery. We were very happy with the final result and by all the workers involved who cleaned up the site very well and protected the garden and front drive where the materials were delivered. We have no hesitation in recommending MacColl & Stokes for groundworks. A good job well done. Many thanks.

Scott helped us with the initial design and came with loads of ideas of how we could maximise the space in our garden and now we have 2 beautiful and usable seating areas, a driveway that really sets off the house, a pergola and its all linked together with borders and paths.......a big job delivered superbly. So pleased with the results!
From the minute the team arrived they were awesome....nothing was a bother and they made the process so easy and the team were so great to have on site!
Tidy from start to finish and always kept us up to date with anything that was happening and were always happy to make changes that enhanced the design!
