I originally phoned a company called Samlock. After they let me down, I cancelled them. So glad I did as their reviews are dreadful. I checked reviews out for VB Locksmiths and they were excellent. I phoned and they said they would be there within 45 minutes. In the meantime a locksmith turned up in a hired van and wanted to charge me over £500 pounds for a new lock barrel. VB turned up and it was the owner of the company. The freelance locksmith was dispatched after telling me I was stupid and after I refused to pay a cancellation charge. VB were professional and informative, did the job and were very reasonably priced. He was so helpful.

Our front door locking mechanism failed so we called Vlad after a google search and seeing the good reviews left.
He arrived within the hour as promised and was absolute gentleman, both honest and meticulous with the way he worked.
From diagnosis and strip down he clearly explained the problem and replaced the broken locking mechanism, realigned the door and changed out the front & back door locks to the more secure anti snap type.
There was no call out charge and prices were fair for the quality of the work and parts fitted.
Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a locksmith within Coventry & Warwickshire.
