Forget getting horribly overpriced quotes from companies flogging Chinese-made windows, this is a locally based company with local contacts, and the windows are expertly made to spec in Poland, meaning excellent workmanship and shorter lead times. Nina steered us through the process from start to finish, including invaluable help with planning permissions, and support in organising a glazer when one of the windows was delivered with a small crack. They dont do installation themselves but helped us secure a contact of theirs, who were reasonable and professional. Overall, an outstanding experience and 40% lower than our highest quote including installation. Highly recommended.

I feel compelled to leave this review after such amazing service. TWD went above and beyond with my order. I had some unusual needs and everyone I came into contact at the company were so friendly, accommodating, organised, and extremely capable. I am a contractor and have used them before so knew the windows were good quality.

Can't express too strongly my admiration for this company. They did everything asked at the right time and were very pleasant to deal with. We had a package of traditional sash windows from them all double glazed, with lead weights and differing inside and outside colours. They have been installed now for over two years and still look as good as new. We really are very pleased!
