After an initial issue with communication and arriving for the appointment as scheduled, they did re book and I felt they put this right with good customer service and dealt with the raised issue accordingly and fitted the external tap in good time at a great price. I was happy with the result in the end and the price !

Henry was a nice guy, very knowledgeable and sorted our problem out straight away, we got a invoice and a guarantee with the work, its all very professional with receipts and upto date emails of all work carried out.

Henry took time out of his very busy schedule to check out my heating problem. He identified the issue and explained in detail what my options were. The first is fairy simple which I can do myself and if it doesn't work I will call him and determine which of the remaining options is best for me.

Henry the plumber is very experienced, and helped us in an emergency when our radiator fell off the wall , which bent and split the pipes causing them to leak , he also give us knowledge of our system to help it keep running safely and efficiently . Would like to thank Henry from HJZ Plumbing for all his help during his visit to us , which he had repaired and re secured in just a few hours

After initial good service, we then had 2 showers replaced. Work was done in agreed timescale and for agreed rate. Very pleased with end result. No hesitation in recommending HJZ.

Well what can I say other than what a service and professional job they have done, with the full installation from replacing rotten joists, new copper pipes,walk in shower and putting down a new floor. Great job done.

Henry arrived promptly to sort out leaking toilet, we only made the call a couple of hours earlier. Would recommend his work, his tidiness,vans his professionalism.

Great guy & really knows his stuff. Found the leak pretty much straight away, fixed & all sorted on a weekend. Further advice given on other issues that were found. Will definitely use again. When I get my bathroom renovated.

Excellent service and communication throughout. Attended my problem with a leaking shower and gave me a diagnosis of the issue and an accurate quote. Was helpful with advice about what needed doing and gave a very reasonable quote. Job was completed to a very high standard and was also very helpful after the job was completed with a question I had. Good communication all the way through and very happy with the outcome. My house sprang a leak...Henry responded really quickly in coming round. He quickly assessed the problem and gave me a price (which I felt was really reasonable) and carried out the work straight away. I'm really pleased with Henry's response, the price and quality of the work. Would definitely use HJZ again if we encounter any plumbing problems in the future.

HJZ Plumbing have just finished a week’s work with us and we couldn’t be happier. They removed our old sunken bath and installed a brand new shower with tiling. Henry was brilliant – polite, professional, and extremely helpful throughout. The whole team were very clean and tidy, and everything was completed to a really high standard. Henry came out the same day to fix a leak and fit some sprayers to the toilets. Arrived just after 5 and confirmed he was on the way and stayed until the job was done...some 2 hours later. Cleaned up after, was professional and polite. First class job with a really difficult fitting and pipe I had in the house. I moved into my new house not too long ago and I was in need of a plumber and a handyman. I went online and that’s when I saw HJZ Plumbing. I called them up and they gave me the earliest time available. He arrived and helped me fix both my shower and my tap and helped me install a brand new shower head too. A diligent worker and a great guy overall. Would highly recommend

Used HUZ on 3 occasions now and they have sorted the different problem out each time. This time Henry came and sorted 3 different issues in the flat to my tennants complete satisfaction, including coming back to fix a leak that had arisen from the job. I will use HUZ again in the future as Henry has sorted out everything that needed doing to a high standard and is very personable.

Upon installation of my toilet,sink unit/vanity and radiator plus mirrored units Henry and his assistant were very quick,tidy ,polite and friendly .

They were very respectful of my home covering all my floors .
Henry was so accomodating he even laid my lvt flooring for me as an extra when I asked him the morning of the installation .
He also fixed a leaking bath tap for me when he noticed it due to removing the bath panel when installing the floor ,otherwise I wouldn't of know about the leak .
