Really great service from William from Allstar Systems. I gave him a call directly because our boiler packed up on Friday evening. He attended within a couple of hours even though he was miles away attending another job. He showed me the problem with the boiler and explained everything in layman's terms. He got the boiler working and gave honest recommendations for the future regarding the boiler. I have no hesitation in recommending him and this company.

Will and Ash did a great job. Will arrived very quickly and pointed out several safety critical elements that hadn't been noticed by previous plumbers, he then prioritised sorting it. We really appreciated their skill in considering the whole heating and hot water system (not just one element). We now have a safe and working boiler, underfloor heating and hot water system and would recommend Allstar to anyone.

I called Allstar Systems at 5.00 in the morning when I found that my boiler was malfunctioning. William identified the problem and talked me through the process in making sure the house was safe and secure. The next day his team installed a new cylinder and I was impressed how swiftly the company resolved this problem and took the stress out of a really stressful situation. Had a major problem with our hot water system that William sorted and replaced in a very timely manner. Keeping us in the loop on time scales for replacement parts along with how the work schedule would be completed. Being without hot water over the Christmas period seemed like a real possibility but Allstar made sure we were sorted professionally and promptly.

Our boiler died during a freezing February week and after being messed around by an emergency engineer, William was an absolute hero. Within two days of contacting him our new boiler was in and heating our radiators and hot water more efficiently than ever. I have never encountered a heating engineer who is so friendly and professional and cannot recommend him highly enough.

Last year we had an issue with our boiler, Installers couldn't sort it out and was costing too much money with the the repairs. That's when we found Allstar systems, and our boiler never had any issue since last year,. We have booked for the annual service again this year and the service was again much satisfying. Will came to service our old oil fired boiler and discovered that it had been fitted incorrectly and that the subsequent services (by other engineers) had resulted in incorrect parts being used, rendering our boiler unsafe. We decided that a new boiler was the way to go, being a Friday, time was tight but by midday Will had ordered the new boiler ready to install on Monday.
He and Ash worked hard in horrible weather to ensure the new boiler was fitted and running well. To say they have made a difference to our house is an understatement, our radiators are warmer, the water pressure has improved 10 fold and we are far more relaxed knowing that the boiler is safe. I'd happily recommend them to anyone in need of a heating engineer.

William really saved us when our boiler gave up on the coldest day of the year. He was round within the hour and, when it turned out the old boiler was finished, he arranged to fit a new one with a fantastic new hot water system within days. He was friendly, efficient and clear about our options. He and Ashley worked incredibly hard to get this sorted and make sure our radiators were working optimally. It feels like a different house! Would highly recommend Allstar on the basis of this experience.

Having brought a house with a boiler that was extremely old and not working - Allstar was very quick to get back to me with a quote and when they can install. I was extremely happy that they could install a couple of days later as I didnt have hot water and heating. They turned up on time arranged and rapidly swapped my boiler over so I had heating and hot water. Would highly recommended.

Talked through and explained works needed to replace boiler and secure functioning of new boiler for anticipated lifespan. Heating system zoned. All explained. All work neatly done with attention to detail. All left clean and tidy, even filled old holes left from previous installation done by others. I have been using All Star systems for several years. As a Which? Member, I found them using the Which? Trusted Trader system, and I am very glad I did. Will and his team are excellent. Over the years, they have upgraded our old gravity based heating system to a pressurised system, installed new pumps, and serviced our two boilers (one in the annexe) annually. They are professional and courteous and I highly recommend them.

Will and the team changed out our complete heating system from an older less efficient oil boiler and water tank system for an energy efficient Bosch combo oil boiler, whilst removing our loft installed water tanks. All completed over two long days and we now have an energy saving pressurised system. We had a full flush before commissioning. An excellent all round system and a perfect installation. I cant recommend Will and his team enough. Our heating broke on the Sunday and Will responded straight away and came on Monday. We ended up needing a new boiler and Will worked the following weekend to get it sorted knowing we had a baby. He explained everything and was friendly and always punctual. I wont ever use anyone one else for repairs.

My parents ageing boiler had been playing and finally gave up the ghost. Called Allstar and spoke to will who was there within 3 hours. Took the time to show me the issues and gave me a number of options. We decided to go for a new boiler and this included filters, powerflush, vertical flue and new controller with thermostat. All work was done to an exceptional standard and within a day. My parents are really happy with it and more importantly they were very comfortable with having the three Allstar guys in their home. They were professional, polite and patient when handing over the system. Also very happy to take a call to explain the system to me so that I can get them working again when the inevitable "user error" crops up! Highly recommended.

I would 100% recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs! We have used them on a couple of occasions and most recently they really did save the day (we had a boiler leak on NYs Day!!) Ashley could not have been more helpful and responded instantly despite it being a bank holiday. Allstar Systems are reliable and are incredibly reasonably priced. Ashley took safety very seriously which was very reassuring during the pandemic. 5 stars from me, I couldnt recommend enough!!
