Came back from travelling and noticed a couple of marks on the mattress. Every Google search said something different, so I booked ThermoPest for peace of mind. Thermopest came out to do a bed bug heat treatment, I was told it would get rid of the problem in one visit. However a few days after the treatment we noticed live bed bugs. I called Gavin and he was able to send back another set of technicians to complete a second treatment. Since then we have been bed bug free, I will give 5 star since dealing with Gavin helped the process to go well.

we had a small bed bug issue in our flat in london, no idea where they came from (prob from visitors). called for bed bug heat treatment but the guys said we didnt need the full heat, they just sprayed the rooms. sorted it in about a week. only reason i didnt give 5 stars is timing, wish they could of come sooner.

I rarely leave reviews, but the service I got from ThermoPest was brillaint. My flat in Notting Hill had a stubborn bed bug issue that two previous companies failed to get rid of. ThermoPest were different - super thorough, really respectful of the property, and most importantly, the bed bugs are GONE.
