Our roof needed a lot of work done on it and Matthew's team did an excellent job which we are super happy with. Everyone was very respectful, trustworthy and just generally good people. I will be recommending them unreservedly.

A decent local company who are always polite and punctual. They came out the very next day!
Im very pleased with both the standard of work and the fact that their invoicing always gives me the opportunity to get the readies together - quite a useful feature when cisterns decide to suddenly give up the ghost! Thanks Mogford Prescott!

I have been using Mogford Prescott since 1998 - both on my own property, and those of my clients (via a property agency). I cannot remember ever having had a bad experience. It must be hundreds of jobs over the years - and they've all been good. And they continue to be good.

Mogford Prescott Team turned up trumps last week to my call out request first thing on Thursday morning to fix a boiler problem reported by my tenant . By 11am Jason had called round, diagnosed the problem, restarted the boiler and also completed the annual service that was due. Job done! Thank you Team for such a prompt response.

Highly recommend Mogford Prescott having recently completed extensive and difficult renovation works on our 30's house in Stoke Bishop. Complicated new roof, rendering, drainage, painting, etc. Matt and team were prompt, hard working, considerate and highly skilled. The final product is about perfect.

Work done was well done and reasonably priced, but failed to sort out our problem, which was rectified by employing another company. (They replaced a thermostat that we believe wasn't faulty, but failed to spot a faulty sensor that was the problem)
But main problem is the late invoicing - the bill was sent almost a year late - Seems to be common theme with this company now looking at past reviews.

Extremely happy with the building work just completed. Although Mogford Prescott's quote was very competitive, the work was all completed to a really high standard. The builders on site were always very friendly, helpful and courteous and Matt Prescott himself always made himself available to deal issues promptly as they arose. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Mogford's rebuilt collapsed drains and patio for us. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them again for our new boiler. They were a pleasure to have in the house (and I've had builders that have made me uncomfortable in my own home). They were straightforward to deal with and did a great job. Helpful in every way.

Was very happy with the work, but confused as to why it took around nine months for me to receive an invoice, which was stamped 'overdue account'.

Mogford Prescott have worked on three projects for us which has included: roofing; carpentry; plumbing; damp-work/rendering; painting/decorating. All of the team are professional with attention to detail and they are polite and friendly. They know their craft so I felt I could just let them get on with the task in hand. And to top that, they always tidy up at the end of each day so there is minimal disruption.
