We deliver a comprehensive range of electrical services to commercial clients, including offices, retail units, hospitality premises, warehouses and industrial properties. From new installations and cable management to fault finding, fixed wire testing and emergency lighting, our qualified team provides practical support. Facilities managers, landlords and property managers can also rely on us for ongoing compliance work. 
Our landlord electrical service is designed to support rental property compliance through EICR inspections, EET Testing, consumer unit upgrades and necessary remedial works. We also manage electrical property requirements and provide full certification as a NAPIT-accredited contractor. Where an EICR identifies issues, we undertake the required repairs, re-test affected circuits and issue updated certification as part of one process. 
We offer homeowners a full range of domestic electrical solutions, whether a property requires a straightforward repair or a substantial planned installation. Services include rewiring, consumer unit work, fault diagnosis, EICR inspections, lighting, additional electrical points, security lighting and EV charging. Smart home wiring, specialist electrics and emergency callouts are also available as part of our service. 
Our service covers the replacement of old-style fuse boards with contemporary consumer units equipped with RCD and RCBO protection. Individual circuit protection helps reduce nuisance tripping, while an SPD helps protect appliances from power spikes. We complete full circuit testing and provide certification, with standard domestic upgrades beginning at 600 and normally taking four to six hours. 
We undertake house rewiring when an electrical installation requires modernisation or fails to meet current standards. Properties with ageing wiring, outdated fuse boxes, round-pin sockets, recurring faults or unsatisfactory EICR results may need further investigation. Depending on the condition, we can carry out either a full or partial rewire. Our approach is straightforward, with the required work and cost confirmed before commencement. 
We diagnose and repair electrical faults affecting circuits, lighting, sockets, consumer units and outdoor electrical installations. Problems including repeated tripping, intermittent lighting, burning smells and unexpected power loss require proper investigation to establish their source. Our approach combines visual checks with electrical testing, followed by repair and retesting to ensure the circuit operates correctly. 
Our outdoor lighting service covers decorative garden illumination, practical pathway and driveway lighting, and security-focused systems. We select fittings according to how each space is used, from recessed decking lights to floodlights and motion sensors. Security lighting can target vulnerable areas such as side gates, rear gardens and outbuildings. Smart LED systems are also available for phone-based control.

I asked Mark to upgrade the existing out of date fuse board and to trace and rectify a fault in the kitchen circuit which was repeatedly tripping out. He turned up absolutely on time (on a Saturday) very efficiently replaced the board and tidied up the previous unsightly wiring arrangement. He was most professional and informative and gave excellent advice regarding the temperamental failed circuit - which he was then able to rectify permanently quite swiftly on a second visit Monday morning. He will be my first port of call for any future electrical work required.Thoroughly recommended.

Mark provided an amazing Service and came out within 2 hours of my initial call. He was very fair and honest in that he offered time to walk through self help trouble shooting steps over the phone to eliminate issues that I might have been able to find myself. Upon diagnosing the issue he worked very swiftly to resolve it and left the area clean and tidy and charged a price which was more than fair. Mark was fantastic, had a full distribution board bord replacement. Responsive with communication, came to have a look before quotation noticed a earth connection was bad sorted it there and then.
