Kevin Smith leads the business, bringing more than 20 years of experience gained across kitchen projects, bathroom renovations, flooring and full interior refurbishments. We then coordinate the relevant trades, materials, schedules and day-to-day activities through the same process. Our LVT flooring service is designed around the practical demands of modern everyday living. We can manage flooring removal, subfloor preparation, levelling, underlay, LVT installation and finishing details as required. Before fitting, we consider the condition and layout of each room carefully. By giving preparation proper attention, we work towards a clean, consistent and long-lasting finish. While the renovation was being carried out, the communication was excellent. There were weekly video updates, and Kev or Josh met me regularly at my property to explain what had been done and what would happen next. I felt they went above and beyond to keep me informed and to consult me.
There was a good (and reassuring) eye kept on the money side of things too - there were regular updates and Kev made really helpful suggestions about where to spend money and where to save it. He was also incredibly patient with my (rather quirky!) tastes and style choices.
Kev only works with reliable, trustworthy tradesmen, who were all friendly, polite, worked very tidily and took enormous care with my house. The front garden was never piled up with builder's rubbish for weeks on end as you sometimes see with renovations in small properties., and even the neighbours commented on how respectful all the tradesmen were.
All in all I am absolutely delighted with the work that's been done on my house. It's been turned from a tatty old place that was hard to live in with a manky old kitchen that was falling apart to a relaxing and stylish space that I feel very proud of and which is a pleasure to come home to! I can't recommend this company strongly enough. They are fantastic!
