I arrived to a really warm welcome and in seconds the forklift was away and returned with my order. I needed tying wire and 7.5cm upstands, no problem, in the van before I'd paid.
I took my dog along, she needed a drink and I was quickly shown to the customer toilets for water. I also asked where I could walk her and was swiftly shown to some huge horse paddocks with fenced off dog walk routes.
