Full and partial rewires for period homes, renovations and extensions across Bristol. We plan the work around you, keep the disruption and mess down, and hand over a fully tested and certified installation with a new consumer unit. Free survey and a fixed price quote before any work starts. 
We provide thorough EICR inspections covering the fixed electrical installation, including the fuse board, RCD protection, circuits, sockets, switches and accessories. Each element is tested for safety and condition, with observations coded clearly as C1, C2, C3 or FI. Once completed, we email the certificate promptly, with every finding explained in plain English. 
Replacement of old fuse boxes with a modern metal consumer unit fitted with RCBO protection and surge protection, tested, labelled and certified to BS 7671. Fixed prices agreed before work starts, Part P notification handled for you, and every circuit checked before we hand over. Ideal before a rewire, an EV charger or when an EICR has flagged the board. 
Our domestic and commercial electrical services are NAPIT registered and available across Bristol and the surrounding areas. We carry out fuse board replacements, rewires, EICRs, EV charger installations, fault finding and lighting work. Free quotes and fixed prices are offered, and our electrical work is fully certified on completion. 
Qualified electricians carry out our home EV charge point installations, starting by checking the existing supply and earthing. We recommend an appropriate charger configuration, including tethered or untethered units that are ready for smart charging. The service is quoted at a fixed price, incorporating the cable run, isolation and protection, as well as installation, commissioning and certificate registration. 
When an electrical problem occurs, we use professional test equipment to isolate its cause and determine the appropriate repair. From RCDs that trip after wet weather to faulty sockets, damaged cables and appliances causing circuits to fail, we investigate the underlying issue. Our pricing is agreed beforehand, materials are itemised, and completed repairs are tested for safety. 
Our Landlord EICR service is designed for rental properties and complies with the Electrical Safety Standards in the Private Rented Sector regulations. We deliver reports promptly, using clear, plain English suitable for tenants and agents. Any remedial work is offered at fixed prices, while a reminder is provided ahead of the required five-year renewal. 
We carry out small electrical jobs properly and provide certification where required. Our services include extra sockets, USB sockets, outdoor sockets, replacement switches and dimmers, new light fittings, extractor fans, and cooker and hob connections. Fixed prices are available for common jobs. Several tasks can be combined into one visit to help keep costs down. 
We undertake lighting design and installation for kitchens, living rooms and gardens, with options including downlights, pendants, chandeliers, wall lights, dimmers and LED strip. Our work supports homeowners, interior designers and builders across Bristol, whether the property is a period home or a new build. Every circuit is tested and certified. 
We undertake electrical work for shops, offices, pubs, restaurants, salons, workshops and small industrial units, providing installation, maintenance and testing. The service encompasses three phase distribution boards, new circuits, machinery supplies, LED lighting upgrades, data and containment, and commercial EICRs. To minimise disruption, we arrange the work around your trading hours and issue certificates when completed. 
We carry out Commercial Electrical Installation Condition Reports for a range of businesses and property professionals, including landlords, letting agents, offices, shops, salons, pubs and restaurants. To accommodate your operations, inspection and testing are arranged around opening hours. Our service includes a clear report for insurers and fire risk assessments, fixed remedial-work prices, and reminders before the next inspection is due. 
We specialise in installing workplace and commercial EV charge points for businesses, landlords, car parks and fleets. A load assessment of the electrical supply forms part of the service, allowing for single or multiple charge points as required. Three phase installations, cable containment and signage are included when necessary. Our installations are fully commissioned, tested and certified, with fixed price quotations based on a site survey. 
Electrical wiring for first and second fix stages is available for new builds, extensions, loft conversions and garage conversions across Bristol. We liaise with your builder throughout the project and work to the agreed programme. Circuits are planned with each room's actual use in mind, while every installation follows BS 7671 requirements and is subsequently tested, certified and notified under Part P. 
Builders, developers, kitchen fitters and property maintenance firms can rely on us for subcontract electrical work across a variety of projects. We provide first fix, second fix, testing and certification for extensions, refurbishments, loft and garage conversions and new builds. We provide the electrical installation required for electric showers, including a dedicated circuit where the existing supply is unsuitable or a new circuit is needed. The circuit is sized according to the showers kW rating and fitted with appropriate protection and isolation. Once connected, we complete testing, certification and notification where the work is notifiable. 
Our service is designed to cover emergency lighting requirements from initial design and installation through to annual testing and certification. We support offices, shops, hospitality venues, HMOs and communal areas across Bristol, working to BS 5266. Monthly function tests and the annual three-hour duration test are scheduled around your business, while certification is issued for your fire risk assessment and insurer.

Had my garage electrics installed by Luke and he certainly provided a 5 star service, explained everything he was doing and made sure I was happy at every stage of the installation, although the job created a fair bit of mess when they left there was not a messy spot to be found, all round nice guy providing competitively priced electrical work that I will be recommending to anyone that I know needing an electrician, many thanks Luke

Luke and the team did an electrical safety check and replaced our consumer unit as well as a load of other bits that needed doing to sort out the electrics and make them safe in our 1930s house. He was super professional, easygoing and good fun (did a good job dealing with our cat who was getting right in the way too) and weve already asked him back to do some other work that has come about (which he fitted in really quickly!) Definitely recommend Luke and Bristol Phoenix Group for any electrical work you need doing.

I used LH Electrical for an electrical survey and some remedial works (new consumer unit, adding and replacing sockets and light fixtures, some corrective works for things that were bodged by the previous owner) in a mid 80s property I just moved in to. They keep you informed and check every detail to ensure you are clear about what has been commissioned. Time keeping and their care in protecting your home whilst working are exemplary. We were astonished they brought their own vacuum cleaner. And used it. Luke and Chris work diligently, are focused and a good team, who obviously take pride in their work. LH Electrical have completed work on 3 renovations for us over the years and their work has been amazing every time. We wouldnt use anyone else now as they are professional, thorough, knowledgeable, trustworthy. Just everything you want really. They are really helpful with advice and suggestions but also work to your budget and tell you all the options and costs upfront. We had a lot of trades people working on the renovations and Lukes team helped plan the work and fitted in what they could do and when to help us complete on time.
