We recently used B&B Property Services Leicester for a complete kitchen renovation, including a full rip-out, removal of walls, radiators, sinks and the existing kitchen, followed by a complete refit with a bespoke booth seating area, breakfast bar and herringbone flooring.
Overall, were delighted with the finished result. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and the attention to detail throughout the build is clear. The finished kitchen has exceeded our expectations, and the team also returned to complete the snagging, leaving us with a fantastic end result.
Andy, the owner, was always friendly, approachable and helpful throughout the project. He initially supported to connect us with all of the right contacts to get all that we needed.
Whenever unexpected issues arose, which is almost inevitable with a renovation, he was proactive in helping us find solutions rather than simply pointing out problems. He also has a great network of trusted trades around him, which made a real difference. Whether it was arranging an electrician or bringing in specialist trades, everything was handled professionally.
The tiling work, carried out by Hannah (East Midlands Tillng) and her team, deserves a mention too as the standard of workmanship is great.
To give a fair and balanced review, the project did take longer than originally expected. What was planned as around two months ended up taking just over three. Some of that was outside anyones control due to damaged or missing items that needed replacing, but there were also a few occasions where work didnt progress as planned. I do think the organisation and scheduling could be tightened up.
That said, if youre prepared to stay involved with your project, keep the communication flowing and work closely with the team throughout, I think youll be rewarded with an excellent end result. Renovations are rarely straightforward, and in our experience, being engaged throughout the process helped everything come together and it was well worth managing in this way.
Would I recommend B&B Leicester? Absolutely. The quality of the finished work speaks for itself, Andy genuinely wants to help find solutions when challenges arise and the wider team of trusted trades they work with were excellent. We now have a kitchen were incredibly proud of, and wed happily use them again.

Andy was absolutely spot on from start to finish. He came to install the sign for my clinic and did it with precision, care, and zero messing about. Turned up on time, brought all the gear, and made sure everything was level and perfectly placed even on a tall, awkward wall!

Andy attended the site within a couple of days of me requesting a quote. The quote was provided the same day and he managed to get a team together and complete the works within a couple of weeks.
Andy is very professional, approachable and knowledgeable in his work and both he and his team were friendly and polite and completed the work in a very reasonable time.

Excellent communication, great price , started the job when agreed. Andy and his team completed the job in my shell conservatory which included under floor heating , wiring connecting power to conservatory ,light fitting ,insulation and dry wall plus painting ,flooring and skirting .

Andy is Knowledgeable with his trade. He follows up with a clear written quote, his pricing is clear and he is easy to reach and very responsive.
Hes not the cheapest but he gets the job done. Especially important at a time when most good builders are booked 6 months and only interested in big projects. His yell reviews give reassurance hell get the job done competently.
Andy even noticed poor standards to our bi-fold brickwork from the previous builder, Blackwood Construction. Andy asked to speak with our inspector & structural surveyor before remedial works commenced.
I like his responsiveness, he communicates clearly, sticks to his word, and he follows-up to check the works are completed to proper standards by his appointed tradesmen. Crucial quality assurance when all your team are sub-contracted as needed.
His bricklayer Tom did a superb, neat job.
Ill definitely keep Andys number as a trusted local builder.
