Our Services

We offer a wide range of services including Roof & Gutter Maintenance, Rope Access, High Pressure Jetting / Cleaning, Bolt / Anchor Installation & Testing, Building Services, Industrial Painting, and Concrete Repairs. Roof & Gutter Maintenance

Our roof and gutter maintenance services include cleaning, repair, and maintenance. We provide valley gutter maintenance and cleaning, safe removal of vegetation, silt, and debris, and liquid coating gutter re-lining services with a full 10 or 20-year guarantee. Additionally, we offer elastomeric coatings for flat roofing with a 15-year guarantee and replacement of roof sheets and skylights, specializing in cut edge sheet protection.

Rope Access

For accessing hard-to-reach areas, we utilize fully trained IRATA rope access operatives for inspection work with full reports and general maintenance. Our operatives are experienced in climbing structures, buildings, roofs, tanks, silos, masts, and towers, and hold certifications in IPAF, PASMA, and First Aid.

High Pressure Jetting / Cleaning

Our high-pressure jetting services range from 1500 psi hot or cold up to 30,000 psi, available for various applications including valley gutters, downpipes, skylights, drains, facades, northlights, and plastisol sheeting. We also provide enclosed high-pressure jetting with vacuum removal for sensitive areas.

Bolt / Anchor Installation & Testing

For critical anchors and fixings, we offer design and installation services, including load testing of various fixing types with a range from 1kn-30kn. We provide comprehensive test reports and are CFA Approved Contractors specializing in difficult-to-reach and high-level work areas.

Building Services

Our building services include "change of purpose" alterations, bespoke steelwork services, suspended ceiling refurbishments, and a full service of existing air-conditioning units. We also provide repointing, brickwork repairs, and concreting to your requirements, as well as small demolition works and high-rise building maintenance.

Industrial Painting

Our industrial painting services include internal and external painting with airless, conventional, brush, and roller techniques. We offer a range of coatings, including solvent-free, water-based hygiene coatings for the food industry, low-slip, non-slip, and chemical-resistant epoxy floor coatings, and heat-resistant coatings.

Concrete Repairs

For concrete repairs, we utilize the latest methods for aesthetic or structural purposes, including shot blasting to SA 2.5 and applying optional anti-carbonation coatings. We cater to all industries, including MOD, Hotels, Bridges, food processing, and manufacturing, and maintain Aco drains.
