At Marshall Building Maintenance Ltd (MBM), we are a leading construction and general building contractor based near Kingsbridge in the beautiful South Hams. With over 30 years of experience in the building industry in both the domestic and commercial sector, we have developed an excellent reputation across a wide range of clients and customers.

Our team consists of a select core team of passionate and hardworking individuals who have a combined total of over 30 years' worth of industry experience. We also work closely with a large number of expert contractors from the South Hams area who all maintain MBM's values and principles in every project.

Our Director, Antony Marshall, has over 30 years' experience in the industry. He trained in carpentry originally and then broadened his skill base to successfully manage the construction, renovation and maintenance of a wide variety of properties in the commercial and domestic sphere in the South East of England. He has brought this extensive experience west to the South Hams and is dedicated to providing a personal, bespoke service combined with the expertise to ensure your project suits your needs perfectly.

Neil Foreman joined MBM in 2014 as Foreman. His first steps in the trade were made through a traditional carpentry and joinery apprenticeship with a local firm in the South Hams. Since then he has built up skills across the industry and has been managing projects efficiently and effectively ever since, ensuring his sites are well run, on time and positive environments.

Liz Marshall provides the administration and management necessary to operate a smooth and successful building project. She has several years of administrative and office management experience and is always on hand to help you with any queries you may have about your project.

Home maintenance can cover a huge array of tasks from water drainage to changing a lock, to refitting your kitchen or re designing your bathroom. Our initial assessment of the work required and subsequent quotation is provided free of charge. Additionally, MBM complete all your insurance work with the same professionalism and high standards we uphold across all our work.
