NEXUS MODULAR offers bespoke framing solutions in panelised light gauge steel (LGS). We design, detail, supply, and install LGS frames for all types of projects - including those that might require a unique design approach, away from production line repetition and standardisation. The one-offs - extensions and additions to existing buildings; AIRSPACE DEVELOPMENTS; single bespoke new-build residential - all fall within the Nexus Modular capability, whilst retaining all the benefits of modular off-site construction. All design and detailing by Nexus Modular is executed using 3D (BIM) technology, in collaboration with the design team, ensuring millimetre-accuracy and a perfect fit on site. NEXUS MODULAR carries ISO 9001 certification for its Quality Management System.

MODULAR SOLUTIONS

Why choose modular off-site construction? It's quicker - installation time on site can be reduced by up to 70% over traditional methods. Building in a controlled (factory) environment, unaffected by weather, ensures workmanship can be checked and monitored against exact specifications. Lighter & Stronger Light Gauge Steel (LGS) sections are just 1.2 - 3.0mm thick, and yet are stronger and lighter than timber making it ideal for residential and commercial projects. Greener Because LGS is precision cut, the manufacturing process produces virtually zero waste; and what cannot be used is simply recycled.
