We offer a simple architectural service specifically designed for residential projects. Our services include:

• Measured surveys
• Initial Planning Advice
• Planning & Building Regulation drawings
• Liaising and acting as Agent with local authority
• Computer Generated (CAD) drawings
• Assistance with Contractor Selection

Fees

We understand that building works can be expensive, so we work on a fixed fee basis, ensuring transparency and control for our clients. Additionally, no VAT is payable on our fees.
