GLM Yorkshire Stone Sales has been established for over 30 years, and we are proud to be based at the Hagg Wood Stone Quarry on the Woodhead Road, close to Holmfirth. We are not just stone merchants; we are also expert stone masons, providing a bespoke service to architects, builders, and homeowners alike. Our extensive range of products includes quoins, heads, and cills, made to order from locally quarried Yorkshire stone. We also supply natural paving, Indian stone roof slates, and reclaimed stone roof slates. Our fully trained stonemasons can create virtually anything in stone based on your requirements, specializing in stone house name signs, headstones, and memorial plaques. Both trade and public are welcome, and we offer a delivery service for our products.

From large, free-standing name stones to small house numbers, we have the expertise to create the perfect signage for your property. We also provide a full service for headstones and memorial plaques, including the paperwork involved in the erection and installation. For roofing, we supply natural Indian stone roof slates, which can be dyed to blend in with older roof slates, and reclaimed stone roof slates ideal for extensions and conversions. Our natural stone paving includes a range of materials and colours, such as limestone, granite, sandstone, and slate. Additionally, we can create custom-made quoins, heads, and cills to your specification and design.
