Security Concerns
Several reviewers expressed concerns about the security of the storage facilities. R. S. reported that their car was broken into and parts stolen, including the catalytic converter, and was disappointed with the lack of interest from the company. Andrea Draycott was unable to get an answer when trying to access their storage unit and considered calling the police.
Poor Customer Service
Many reviewers were unhappy with the customer service they received from Go Store. Mark Jones was unhappy with the time it took to receive their deposit back, and Mark Ryde was disappointed with the cleanliness of the facilities. Curtis Webster, Blaze ForceHD, and Kyle Kerr all reported being treated rudely by staff, with Curtis Webster being kicked out after paying and Blaze ForceHD being hung up on over the phone. Kyle Kerr also reported that the removal team was left outside without processing a refund.
Cleanliness Issues
Mark Ryde reported that the ventilation was not good and that items can get mouldy quickly, with some items requiring a lot of cleaning when removed.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, some reviewers had positive experiences with Go Store. Philip Bowen, Peter Squires, and Matt Jackson all reported friendly and helpful staff, excellent storage facilities, and convenient services. Peter Squires specifically mentioned the dry and dust-free environment of the lockup.
