The company has been in operation for 20 years, built on a foundation of client satisfaction and repeat business. In-house CAD and REVIT management is also available, along with specialist advice on EV charging point system selection and design.

Design Services

We provide a full range of building services design including HVAC, domestic water services, above and below ground drainage, BMS and controls, lighting and small power, domestic water services, fire alarm and emergency lighting, and EV charger systems. Our expertise spans across various sectors such as commercial, industrial, residential, education, retail, and health care.

Reports

We specialize in carrying out M&E services surveys and reports including acquisition, due diligence, dilapidations, PPM, forward life planning, utility, and energy assessments. Additionally, we offer feasibility studies and reports on EV charger systems, covering options for system types, network connections requirements, and whether power upgrades will be needed to accommodate the additional electrical load.
