Our Story
YourLandscaping was formed in 2010 by Paul Torode, who settled in Inverness in 2005. After a decade working in Antarctica and periods of forestry work, Paul felt it was time to create a business of his own. Based on his unique range of skills, Paul began small-scale garden work, but soon expanded his workforce to take on more elaborate projects. Paul has long experience of working outdoors as a mountain leader, stone waller, and groundworker. With his previous training in graphic design, Paul has been able to combine a strong sense of proportion and functionality with the practical skills required to create innovative and eye-catching gardens.
Our Services
We offer a range of services designed to enhance your garden, including design, construction, and maintenance. Our design service provides innovative ideas, sketches, and scaled drawings to plan your perfect garden. Our construction service includes paving and fencing, stonework, and planting, or a complete garden build based on our plans. Our maintenance service includes renovation of existing gardens, general landscaping work, or the upkeep of the newly built project.
Meet the Team
Our team is led by Paul Torode, who manages the hardworking and cheery team at YourLandscaping. Paul's approach to garden design combines functionality with creativity and draws on numerous influences. Whilst responsible for pricing, planning, and manpower, Paul much prefers getting involved in the physical work and implementing the plan. Daniel Bujakowski is a key member of the team, who keeps the cogs of the YourLandscaping machine turning. Anna Torode is the business lynchpin and marketing guru, responsible for website design, book-keeping, communications, and business strategy.
Our Commitment to the Environment
YourLandscaping is committed to protecting the environment by reducing the environmental impact of its operations through appropriate waste management and disposal. We are registered as a Carrier of Controlled Waste with the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) and follow SEPA's guidelines on waste transportation and disposal to reduce the risk of harming the environment.

Poor Customer Service Experience
On the other hand, Marion Macinnes and Colin Macleod had poor experiences with YourLandscaping. They reported a lack of response to their enquiries, with Marion stating that Paul failed to return calls or answer questions about the job. Colin simply received no response at all.
