At J&J Ormerod Plc, we are a family-owned business with a rich history dating back to 1868. With over 1.2 million square feet of production facilities in East Lancashire, we are a true manufacturer employing over 300 staff. Our heritage guides our culture, which defines the way we produce excellent furniture. We believe that a true partnership between our staff and management is essential to our success. As such, over two-thirds of the shares of the business are within an employment ownership trust, essentially meaning that the staff own the majority of the business, with the balance remaining in the guiding hands of the original family ownership.
